- Digital Products: All products on Architegram.store are delivered as digital downloads.
- Delivery: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing a download link for your product. This link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Link Validity: Download links are valid for 1 hour. Please ensure that you download the product within this time frame.
- Download Limit: Each product can only be downloaded twice. Make sure to save the product securely on your device after download.
- Access: You are responsible for saving and backing up the digital product after download. Architegram LTD is not liable for lost access after the download limit is reached.
4. Payment Issues
If you encounter issues during payment, please ensure you have:
- Sufficient funds in your account.
- Entered accurate billing information.
- Verified that your credit card or PayPal account is active and authorized for online purchases.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If the product has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
If a chargeback is filed after a product has been downloaded, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback by providing proof of delivery and product access to the payment provider. Architegram LTD will submit evidence such as transaction records and download verification to resolve any disputes.
7. Product Updates
Product updates or new versions are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. Your purchase grants you access to the product version available at the time of purchase. Future updates may require a separate purchase or additional fee.
8. Download Limits and Backup Recommendations
To avoid losing access to your purchased products, we recommend saving the downloaded files to a secure location, such as cloud storage or an external hard drive. Each product comes with a maximum of two downloads and a 1-hour download window. After reaching this limit, you will no longer be able to access the product through the original download link.
9. EU Customer Rights
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided that the product has not been downloaded or accessed. This right is waived once the digital product is downloaded as per EU consumer protection laws.
10. Issues with Product Downloads
If you encounter technical issues downloading your product or believe that the file is corrupted, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at contact@architegram.com. We will work to resolve the issue by providing an alternative download link or a suitable solution.

We are committed to providing timely support to all customers. For inquiries, we aim to respond within 3 business days. Please ensure that your inquiry includes order details and a clear description of the issue.
12. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product? Refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Ensure that the product meets your needs before completing the purchase.
How long does it take to receive my digital product? Digital products are delivered instantly to your email once payment is processed. If you do not receive your download link, check your spam/junk folder or contact support.
What if I accidentally delete the product? If you lose access to your digital product after purchasing, contact us, and we can assist in reactivating the download link if within the download limit. However, we strongly recommend backing up the product after download.
